Shipping Info

 

GEEKANT uses USPS to ship orders out. Orders placed inside of the USA take between 3-6 Business days to process and ship out. Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until the following week, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed within 1-7 business days after the Holiday. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped that day if they are placed before 9 Am. MST. If your order is placed after 9:00 A.M. MST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please take that into account when selecting expedited shipping as it may affect your expected delivery date. We cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered on weekends.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not verified, you will be contacted via email to verify your address. If your address is not valid, and the package returns to us we will ask you to pay a $5.00 shipping fee to re-send the product. Please make sure your address includes your zip code and apt number if applicable. GEEKANT is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customers will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned. GEEKANT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

GEEKANT is not responsible for any fees or Tariffs that may be owed once it is shipped to you. GEEKANT is also not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen packages. Defective ProductUnfortunately we can't be perfect even when we want to be! GEEKANT has a 60-day return policy for defective products. Make sure to send us an email with pictures of your defective product so we can make things right!
