What is your return policy?

 

We're confident that you'll love your order but if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just email us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund. Items are only eligible if they are unused, and in the same condition that they were received.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, with the exception of defective or incorrect items. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect items for any defects before use. If items shipped back to us do not meet our eligibility requirements and we cannot process the return/exchange, GEEKANT will not be responsible for shipping costs to return item(s) to the buyer. Be sure not to open your packages with any sharp tools as we cannot offer returns/exchanges to damaged products.

 

When will my order ship?

 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. You will receive a tracking number from us in your confirmation email.How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after processing for your package to be delivered. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package leaves our facility.

 

What is my order number?

 

You can find your order number in the confirmation email. If you don't have your confirmation email you can request it by emailing info@brixleybags.com Please include your full name and email address you used to place the order in the body of the email.
